Common questions

Where are my projects stored?

Projects are stored locally on the iPhone where you created them. Picsemble does not provide cloud project sync. Deleting the app can permanently delete local projects, depending on your device backup.

Why does Picsemble ask for photo or camera permission?

Photo permission is used when you choose an image for a project. Camera permission is used only when you choose to take a photo. Add-only photo permission is used when you save an export.

How do I restore Picsemble Pro?

Open About & Privacy in Picsemble and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Restoring does not charge you again.

Why can’t I export?

Check that the project contains at least one photo, that the iPhone has enough free storage, and that Picsemble can add images to Photos. You can also try the system share menu instead of saving directly.

How do I request a refund?

Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund requests. Open your Apple purchase history or Apple’s Report a Problem service using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Does deleting a project also delete a saved person?

No. A person you explicitly saved to the people library is independent from a project. Delete it separately from the people library if you no longer want it.
